今年1月5日，十堰市郧阳区公安分局民警在城关镇巡逻时，发现滨江北路有一辆被烧毁的轿车，现场散落的车牌尾号为279。民警调查发现，该车车主为25岁的郧阳区人刘某，但刘某不知去向。刚买一年多的车遭焚毁、车主失联，事情十分蹊跷。

郧阳区副区长、公安局长徐正明到场听取情况汇报、勘验后，分析这极有可能是一起刑事案件，立即挑选精兵强将成立工作专班，刑侦民警则分头走访、调查，收集情报信息，分析该车近日行驶轨迹。

经过视频中队民警连夜梳理全区治安卡口和天网视频监控系统，发现1月4日23时57分，车主刘某驾车载着一名黄衣男子由双庆桥出城；1月5日凌晨2时31分，黄衣男子独自驾车由双庆桥进入城区；1月5日3时22分，该车在郧阳区滨江北路被点燃。此后，黄衣男子消失在夜色中。

民警根据该车行驶轨迹顺线追踪、通过行车时间实地模拟等方式进行侦查。排查到杨溪铺镇鲍沟村时，专班民警从一村民口中获知该村4组G209国道边坡下有一具男尸，尸体附近散落有大量抛弃物，还有400余元钱。

经尸检及辨认，确认死者正是失踪的刘某，其身上有多处刀伤，系他杀。

追踪：黄衣男子有重大嫌疑

黄衣男子具有重大作案嫌疑！他是谁？若是抢劫杀人，为何抛尸现场还有钱物？该男子的身份和作案动机成谜。

通过对黄衣男子面部进行人脸识别侦查、结合旅店业实名登记系统，民警发现该男子系31岁的老河口人黄某。黄某不仅曾入住郧阳区城区一小旅社，1月4日晚还曾在郧阳区城区多处逗留 、漫无目的地游走，并有诸多诡异行为。

当日23时11分至23时17分，黄某曾乘坐一位女司机驾驶的出租车。其间，坐在副驾驶座位的黄某十分紧张，眼神警觉，多次四处张望路口、暗中观察女司机。在一路口等绿灯时，黄某突然将右手伸进上衣内，向车后短暂观望后，斜盯住女司机，疑似准备动手抢劫时，女司机接听了一个电话，随后黄某就近下车。

23时18分，黄某在解放南路下车后。走到一酒店门前，见四下无人，躲藏于一辆面包车后，迅速戴上白手套。23时22分，黄某途经解放南路一小区门前，曾欲尾随独自行走的一名女子， 恰好遇到一辆闪着警灯的巡逻车经过，黄某迅速折返并躲藏起来，待警车驶过后继续行走。

欲对女司机下手、特意戴上白手套、尾随独行女子，又因突遇巡逻警车放弃尾随，加上杀人抛尸、焚车，却不贪恋财物，这些线索将案件指向随机作案、激情杀人，为侦破专班提供了侦查方向。

迅速赶至黄某户籍地对其家庭情况进行侦查的民警很快反馈了线索：黄某与女友相识多年，双方未结婚却生育有一5岁女孩，女孩常年由黄某及其母亲抚养，而黄某的女友家住郧阳区谭山镇，正是黄某坐车出城的方向。据了解黄某与女友矛盾尖锐，那么，黄某的目标是否是其女友？民警立即暗中调查黄某女友，同时对她进行保护。

追逃：局长带队异地追击一波三折

自案发以来，专班民警奔赴武汉、襄阳、苏州等地，获取多份黄某的逃匿轨迹。例如黄某曾在武汉晴川大桥来回踱步，似乎想轻生，但最终放弃离开。

2月8日22时许，侦破专班获取了黄某出现在老河口市的可靠线索。公安局长徐正明迅速带领民警，联合十堰市公安局刑侦支队、丹江口市公安局等单位第一时间赶至重点部位。

黄某居住在老河口市与丹江口市交界，他家位于十多栋房屋中间，紧密排列、格局不一，其多位亲属的房屋也在其中。这排房屋门前是畅通道路，毫无遮拦，屋后是河滩，部分房顶通连 ，抓捕条件十分复杂。为保证万无一失，60余名民警兵分多路，携带警械，对黄某可能藏匿的3个重点部位逐一部署警力。

2月9日凌晨2时许，在黄某的大舅刘某某家，徐正明带领民警破门而入，小心谨慎地对房屋仔细搜查，没有发现黄某。民警们又分为多组，以刘某某家邻居为重点，展开搜查，并立即在黄某家及其邻居家展开搜捕，还是没有黄某的行踪。

是消息有误还是黄某已逃之夭夭？

经过短暂研讨，民警立即对刘某某父子及黄某的母亲分别进行询问。经过努力，民警获悉黄某当晚曾在刘某某家与母亲、女儿等人聚餐，晚上可能在其四姨家休息。

随后，由丹江口市特警大队民警在现场稳控，进一步搜查，以郧阳警方为主的抓捕专班则立即赶到丹江口市一小区黄某的四姨家。凌晨4时许，各小组准备就绪后，徐正明带领经验丰富的 民警携带装备冲进黄某的四姨家，发现客厅沙发上躺着一名可疑男子。还没等对方反应过来，民警冲上去将其控制。经核实，该男子正是民警苦苦追捕的犯罪嫌疑人黄某。

“我这次是生还是死？”抓捕期间，黄某没有反抗，只是在民警连夜将其押解回郧阳区时，问了这样一句。

告破：家庭矛盾引不满杀陌生人泄愤

2月9日6时30分，在郧阳区公安分局讯问室，经突审，黄某对故意杀害刘某并将其车辆焚毁的犯罪行为供认不讳。

黄某作案和逃亡的过程也随之水落石出。

1月4日23时许，黄某乘坐受害人刘某驾驶的尾号为279的轿车自郧阳区城区往杨溪铺镇方向行驶， 其间黄某产生了报复社会的心理，他趁刘某不备，用提前准备好的尖刀将刘某杀害泄愤，并将其尸体抛至209国道一处路边的坡下。随后，黄某将刘某的车辆开至郧阳区城区滨江北路，并于5日凌晨3时22分将该车烧毁后逃离。

黄某供述，他坐刘某的车是打算去女友家杀死女友全家人，途中杀了司机后，他一看车里油不多了，担心走不脱，这才没有去女友家实施作案。案发后他一路逃匿到武汉市，因身无分文，路过武汉市晴川大桥时，曾一度想自杀，却因来往人多而放弃。

逃亡的日子里，黄某愈发思念女儿，便趁着过年想回家看看。他一路步行，先后到了宜昌、枝江、荆州、襄阳等地，饿了就到垃圾桶找食，困了就在街边休息，最终偷偷潜回老河口，看 了母亲、女儿，准备在2月9日睡醒后，继续亡命天涯。只是，天还没亮，他就被警方抓获。（记者 关前裕 通讯员 张君）
